  4. WHEREAS, on March 5, 1983, I, William Nimoy, executed my last will
  5. and testament,  and; 
  6.  
  7. WHEREAS, I made various instructions and bequests, and,  
  8.  
  9. WHEREAS , I desire to add an additional provision to the will; 
  10.  
  11. I NOW PUBLISH THIS CODICIL to my last will and testament of March
  12. 5, 1983: 
  13.  
  14. I reaffirm all parts and exhibits of said will, except that, I:

  16. Forgive the following debts:

  18. promissory note dated July 31, 1987

  20. I direct that the executors of my estate deliver acquittances of 
  21. the debt.
